Short-range airflow
The BFV design divided the machine into two parts then airflow distance only half than some other machine, ensuring the proper air velocity to achieve an even temperature field. The temperature difference is below 0.3℃ in the hatching area without dead corners which could makes chick quality better.

Short hatching window
The chicks come out almost at the same time because of even temperature field resulted in BFV design. According to the real data from hatchery who has adopted our machine, the hatching window of commercial broilers is about 14 hours from the 1st chick to the last one. If the eggs are from old flocks it would be 2 hours longer. The hatching window of layers is about 10 hours from the 1st chick to the last one. Around 65-70% of chicks are hatched in a peaking time within 3 hours.

Dual-core controlling system
The machine adopted 16 bits CPU for main control system and sub control system. If main control system broken down, it will switch to sub-control system seamlessly to ensure a safe hatching.

Easy to flush after hatching
The machine has a ceiling structure on top of the trolley, it holds for better ventilation during hatching period, while easy to remove after hatching for a quite convenient flushing.

Space saving
Two sets of RGCXD-15120 hatcher could combined into one RGCXD-30240 machine to save space, it means the investment in construction is lower, also the cost of power consumption, labor and maintenance are also lower.

Accurate sensor system
The machine adopted PID temperature control logic with RS485 module for communication. The sensors didn’t need to calibrate frequently, also we could calibrate the sensor through software if needed instead of rotating of potentiometer.

Remote control and data analysis
Hatching data could be saved for 60 days, which easy to download through portable device for analysis and management. Remote control is also available for the machine, it could be monitored or controlled by dash board in the office or by cellphone.
