  1、 Temperature conditions

  Temperature is the primary condition for poultry embryo development. The requirements for temperature conditions are basically the same for poultry embryo development at different stages.

  Chicken: incubation period is 21 days. 38.5 ℃ for 1-6 days; 38 ℃ for 7-14 days; 37.9 ℃ for 15 days; 37.3~37.5 ℃ in 16-21 days.

  Duck: The incubation period is 28 days. 38 ℃ for 1-7 days; 37.8 ℃ for 8-16 days; 37.5 ℃ in 17 days; 37.3 ℃ in 18-28 days.

  Goose: The incubation period is 30 days. 37.9 ℃ for 1~8 days; 37.8 ℃ in 9-18 days; 37.8 ℃ in 19 days; 37.0 ℃~37.3 ℃ in 20~30 days.

  2、 Humidity conditions

  Humidity is the basic guarantee for poultry to maintain embryonic development. The relative humidity requirements of poultry during different incubation periods are basically the same.

  At the initial stage of incubation, the relative humidity should be kept at 60%~70%; The relative humidity is required to be kept at 50%~55% in the middle and later stages; The relative humidity is required to be kept at 65%~70% during the shelling period
